Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. After that, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. In total, please allow about 5-10 business days from the day you order.

Our products ship from partner warehouses in the United States. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays and lost packages

Holidays, weather and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@getpawsatease.com and we'll help, including a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
